Yesterday I spent 85 percent of my day off social media. At first, it felt strange, I kept reaching for my phone to get the fix.

However, the guidance I was getting from the night before from my Higher Self was, to be in your energy.

What happened during the day?

Well, I had my clients, I did a few classes, read a book, meditated, played with Leo, and sat within my energy.

I learned a lot about myself. I learned what peace felt like. I truly understood what it feels like to be in my energy without anyone else in it. To be fair unless I wanted them in it.

Although I use Facebook as a platform for my business and I am grateful for that. I might take extended leave so I can reintroduce myself to me. I found I was more present with myself, my kids, and my clients. Not only that but I got a lot on my to-do list 😂😂😂

So I guess how many of us can do this?

For the past 5 years, I have been healing. Healing parts of myself that I didn't even know existed when I started on this journey. That is a part of our magic here and within us.


The hardest part of this journey has been loving all parts of myself:
My inner Victim
My inner Martyr
My Saboteur
My Toxic behavior
Just to name a few!

The hardest of all was accepting all of the parts and embracing them having grace and space for all of me. The parts I would rather hide and avoid.

The best thing I could have done in my Souls journey starts this journey and figuring out who I am versus what I am told I have to be. Unraveling ideas of who we should be, and how we should act!

I want to say I see you in all your glory and beauty. As our Journey's ebb and flow and we heal we forget to look at ourselves and how beautiful not only our journey's are but our beauty as well.

Taking accountability for your actions or how you were triggered as well, giving yourself compassion and knowing you can show up as a different person creates beautiful shifts in your life.

When I was going through my divorce, i was in my Inner Victim. Everything was my Exs fault. We were here because if him, etc.

It wasn't until I realized my own unhealed wounds had just as much as an impact on our relationship as his did that I was able to heal deeper. Owning and taking accountability for the parts of myself that were just as toxic was a huge shift in my life.

When I now have experiences, I always ask what are you showing me that needs healing and I give thanks.

What a shift we have been going through personally and in the collective.

As I sit here and reflect on what has come up for healing, recognition, reflection and acceptance, it occured to me a lot has shifted in our awareness. Realizations have been made and a lot of Aha moments. Loving myself and accepting myself at a deeper level, not to mention listening to myself, my soul and my body in my needs and wants.

I would have to say the biggest shift happened to me in, "What I like or what truly makes me happy", that's been a big pill to swallow. Realizing again that I don't necessarily know what I want in my life right now. I still was basing this externally on my kids, relationships in my life, validation from others.

I am learning my truth, what I will tolerate in my life and surrendering to a deeper level of who I am.

The energy lately seems to be really draining. How are you recouping or filling your cup?

So much purging the last few days, really old wounds coming up and sitting with them. How are you?

Mine is boundaries. That is a major theme in my lessons, I am better at having them and it is getting better everyday!
