What is Koinonia?
We are Asian Baptist Student Koinonia, a Christian fellowship at Cal State Long Beach composed of students who seek to know and love Jesus Christ. Through Bible studies, fun fellowship and activities, lots of food, and real friendships, we learn more about God, ourselves and one another.
All are welcome to join us! You don't have to be Asian, Baptist, or know Greek (Koinonia means "fellowship" in Greek). Whether you're looking for a spiritual home away from home or are wondering what this Christianity thing is all about, come and stop by our Bible Studies or contact us. Cal State Long Beach is a busy place, and sometimes you just need somewhere to come as you are, find a listening ear and encouragement, be challenged, and discuss life's big questions.
