Every kid 'wants' to be heard... They just need to find their voice. That takes motivation and practice. For most, it doesn't just happen naturally and they have to push beyond their comfort zone.

All kids have the potential to become great communicators and leaders, but this potential needs to be developed, just like any other skill. Speaking is natural for some, but most of us have to work at it. Some would even rather get a poke in the eye.
