We are professionals when it comes to providing a stimulating environment for your young child. That's particularly important since national statistics show that most children under the age of five receive child care from someone other than a parent.

A preschooler’s vocabulary triples between the ages of three and five years, going from about 900 words to nearly 3,000. Want to help your child build on his or her language skills? Avoid “baby talk,” have conversations together, and encourage imaginative games.

It’s really never too early to set your child on the path that will lead him or her to a lifetime of learning and exploration. Let’s talk about how our preschool program can aid in the development of young minds while they’re young enough to soak up new information.

We recognize that one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to educational preschool programs. If your child has never attended a program outside of the home before, it may be best not to enroll him or her full time until they get used to being around other children.

A new government study, American Children: Key National Indicators of Well-Being, 2013, reports that children who attend preschool do better in kindergarten in than children who stay at home with relatives. Preschoolers performed better on math and reading tests.

According to some sources, the effects of quality day care programs can be seen years after children have progressed to school. These effects help children more easily make the transition to kindergarten and influence performance up to and through sixth grade.

President Obama in 2013, citing studies that indicate children who go to preschool grow up more likely to hold jobs and become productive members of society, called for universal access to preschool for all children.
