CCEUC Relatives as Parents Program - RAPP

The Relatives as Parents Program (RAPP) is designed to assist grandparents and other relative caregivers who have taken on the role of primary caregiver for related children who reside in Ulster County.

RAPP is administered by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County with funding provided by the Dyson Foundation, the United Way of Ulster County and the Office of Children & Family Services..
