The cook/baker works as a staff member of the Ancillary team. This position reports to the Food Services Manager/Supervisor and supervises Food Service employees when necessary. This position typically works a 5 day on, 8 hour shift per day with 2 days off unless otherwise instructed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Ensure that healthy and tasty food is prepared in accordance with all Federal, State, Local, and Tribal School Lunch and Breakfast Program requirements.
*Maintain sanitation of dining and preparation facility to meet regulations
*Maintain a daily and monthly log of all supplies, materials, and equipment to ensure all items are accounted for
*Complies with and implements Rite of Passage Policies and Procedures as detailed in the appropriate manuals/handbooks
*Ensure the program remains in compliance with agency licensing and Rite of Passage polices.
*Other duties as assigned, verbally or in writing to meet needs of the program

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
*High School diploma or equivalent
*Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB Test
*Maintain a high level of confidentiality
*Provide exemplary customer service to all employees and outside constituents

The Licensed Therapist works as a staff member of the Student Services/Education Team. Primarily responsible for providing therapeutic services to students and their families. This position reports to the Clinical Director and/or the Director of Student Services. When under the Education department, this position will report to the principal.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy by school/program needs.
- Develop and oversee the completion of treatment on an individual, family and group basis through clinical assessment, service planning, therapy, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination with a multi-disciplinary team
- Develop expertise in differential assessment, treatment readiness and change mode, and motivational interviewing.
- Maintain clients' clinical files in a timely and orderly fashion.
- Document all therapy and contacts with clients and other service providers.
- Document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions towards meeting the goals and objectives of clients' treatment plans.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-Masters Degree and licensure in the field of Mental Health
-Obtain the appropriate number of CEUs each year to maintain licensure, if applicable
- One year prior experience working in a residential/school setting-preferred.

The Clinical Supervisor works as the primary supervisor of the Clinical Team. Primarily responsible for all the clinical functions to ensure that treatment continuity is maintained for students and families. The Clinical Supervisor reports to the Clinical Director or Program Director and in some instances, may supervise designated staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
-Provide weekly individual supervision to each therapist/intern/case manager.
-Provide weekly group supervision to all therapists/interns/case managers.
-Review and approves all individual treatment plans and monthly summaries.
-Monitor, evaluate, and correct the daily performance of the Clinical Team
-Audit clinical files for current information and accuracy.
-Coordinate contracted services(psychological, psychiatric, supervision mentoring, specialized treatment)
-Designs and reviews special management programs and presents these programs to the Clinical Team.

-Masters Degree in Counseling or Social Work with Advanced Clinical state licensure (LCSW-C OR LCPC) Licensure must be maintained with photocopies on file.
-Preferred Board approved supervisor by Board Social Work Examiners or Board of Professional Counselors

-Prior clinical and administrative experience in a residential setting .

Silver Oak Academy is looking for a proper candidate to join our staff as a full time Residential Youth Support Coach.

POSITION SUMMARY AND FUNCTIONS
The primary responsibilities of a Coach Counselor are to provide safety and around-the-clock supervision of at-risk youth.
Coach Counselors provide for the physical, personal and health needs of each student through individual counseling, behavioral, social, physical and educational skill development.
Coach Counselors provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students; monitor and document student behaviors and activities; and participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
Coach Counselors work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.
The Coach Counselor is distinguished from Night Coach Counselor in that in this role, a Coach Counselor performs standard level paraprofessional work in every aspect of the program operations.
Typically reports to a Group leader or higher authority and may vary by individual location.
Operational supervision may be provided by a Senior Coach Counselor.

SHIFT

A Shift Days: Sun, Mon, Tues 9am - 10pm, Wed 9am - 3:30pm

A Shift Nights: Sun-Wed 10pm-9am

B Shift Days: Wed 1:30pm-10pm, Thurs, Fri, Sat 9am - 10pm

B Shift Nights: Wed-Sat 10pm-9am

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Age 21 years old or over
