May you be blessed in the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, which we remember through Holy Communion. Congratulations on taking your next step in your faith walk by now partaking of Christ's body and blood! We will keep you in our prayers and look forward to watching you grow into adulthood in the body of believers!

Reminder that the Wednesday Bible Study "Children of the Day" will meet Tuesday night instead of Wednesday this week! All welcome. 7-830.
We are ending service this Sunday with this year's school song, "My Feet Are on the Rock". If you have a St John Lutheran School Kiddo I would like for them to help me lead this song so our whole congregation can learn it and enjoy it.
If I held a Craft day (Sept 22 & 29) would anyone be interested?
Please come out Friday night june 8 at 7 pm for a praise and worship night!!! One hour of nothing but worship (little prayer thrown in). Please invite your friends and neighbors.
Our Compassion Sunday resulted in 4 children sponsored on the spot yesterday and quite a few took pamphlets to pray on it and consider. Bless you all for choosing to be witnesses to these beautiful children of God!!!!

[06/19/21]   It's the 3rd Saturday of the month and that means the SJK Running Club will meet again! We get together at 9:30 at the Fishing Line Trail parking lot on N 600 E (about1/4 mile north of Highway 6). Everyone is welcome, whether you run, walk, or crawl! We try to go for about 45 minutes, but you can go longer or shorter. We hope to see you there! We continue to meet on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month.

[06/16/21]   Today is the day we recognize Cathy Thiem, Cheryl Young, Michele Gerst, and Lori Blackburn for their 51 years combined service at St. John Lutheran Church and School. Countless children, families, teaches, staff members, and church members have been blessed through their service. We give thanks to God for their ministry and pray His blessings on them in their retirement and new adventures!

Please join us between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 PM tonight (Wednesday, June 16) for an Open House at the Community Learning Center in their honor.
