I snuck into Mama Mia practice this week to say hello to my granddaughter. I was blown away at how fantastic the music (songs of Abba) sounded and how wonderful the choreography was. The whole cast looked and sounded amazing and they still have two weeks until opening night. I am so excited. I can't wait to see the show with costumes, make-up and a revolving stage. Get your tickets my Theatre friends (well wait until I get mine first). This show is going to have "all the feels".
Hello all! I purchased a ticket for Saturday's show and cannot make it. It is a single ticket in center stage. Row C seat 110. Is anyone interested in purchasing it from me? I paid $13.50 since I did an online order, but will part for the $12.00. Thank you!
What a wonderful experience the East Noble theater has been for me. I’ve loved every play that I have seen and look forward to many more!

Talia’s legacy will live on through the many students her scholarship has helped pursue further education. Congratulations to Savanah!

The Community Foundation of Noble County is pleased to announce Savanah Lagemann is the 2021 recipient of the Talia Joy Smith Performing Arts Scholarship!
This scholarship is available to an East Noble High School senior, or previous ENHS graduate who is pursuing a four-year degree majoring in the performing arts in either vocal performance or musical theatre, or pursuing a four-year degree majoring in music education in the fall of 2021. For a new or current student at New York University in the musical theatre program (consideration will only be given to an applicant from NYU who provides transcripts from an Indiana high school) who is pursuing a four-year performing arts degree majoring in either vocal performance or musical theatre in the fall of 2021. The ENHS student/graduate must have participated in show choir and/or theatre for at least 2 years during high school at East Noble. All applicants must have a cumulative GPA in high school (or college) of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.

This Scholarship was established to carry on the legacy of Talia, who unfortunately will never fulfill her own lifetime dream as a Broadway performer. Talia was born on April 30, 1990 and graduated from East Noble High School in 2008 with honors as one of the top 10 in her class. Although 20 years seems a very short time on this Earth, Talia lived each day to its fullest and lived like “there is no tomorrow.” The Talia Joy Smith Performing Arts Scholarship was established by her parents to give other young adults the opportunity to fulfill dreams as their daughter was doing. Talia’s parents want her legacy to live on and want all who follow in her footsteps to always consider Talia their inspiration of confidence, hope, and determination to be everything they dream to be.

Congratulations, Savanah !

Love seeing our students performing in the summer!

Next up on our school spotlight is East Noble High School!

This year we have three students from East Noble: John Housholder (Prouvaire), Courtney Cooper (Ensemble), and Gabe Zimmerman (Bishop).

These awesome kids are taught by FWSMT alumni, Mr. Josh Ogle!
They are super appreciative of Mr. Ogle’s welcoming personality, and love the fact that he listens, compromises, and relates to his students. He is always striving to do the best he can for his kids.

As you can see, we are having a jersey/pajama dress-up day, so we promise you that East Noble kids don’t usually dress like this!

Go Knights!

Here is a fun #ThrowbackThursday for you! East Noble Theatre has presented Annie three times in our 55 year history. 1984, 2002, & 2018! Here is a picture of our orphans from each production!

The 1984 pic was a slide that was converted to a digital file, the 2002 pic was hard copy photo that was scanned to become digital, and the 2018 photo has been a digital photo since it was taken.

Please tag anyone you might know!

2021 marks the 40 year anniversary of the opening of our Cole Auditorium! The Cole Auditorium opened in 1981 and has hosted many events, concerts, ceremonies, recitals, pageants and East Noble Theatre productions over the last four decades. We are very fortunate to have such a wonderful facility here at East Noble High School!

East Noble Theatre

Reminder! We have postponed our Frozen production! There are no shows this weekend or next!

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
We will NOT be open to start season ticket sales this evening at 4 PM.

Changes for show dates are upcoming, and changes may be made to all shows this season to accommodate. Decisions are not final as of this morning, but will be made as soon as possible to give our patrons time to adjust and plan. One way or another, the shows will go on--just maybe not in the way we had originally planned!

If you've sent in your season ticket orders, box office staff will be in contact to confirm your order with new dates as soon as dates are set.

Thank you for your patience and grace! One day, all the frustration and difficulty of this pandemic will be a "Remember when...?" Until then, we'll keep a little piece of the EN Theatre magic alive any way we can.

*ANNIVERSARY SHOW DATE CHANGE*
Members of our Alumni Committee and theatre staff met earlier this week to discuss our 55th Anniversary Celebration. With all the uncertainty of the next few months, we made the decision to celebrate our 55th anniversary on a new date—June 11, 2022.

As Mr. Munk told us, this is in one way the correct date to have it—while this year is our 55th season, next year will be our 55th Anniversary of a successful first season ending in 1967.

So set your travel plans, practice your favorite numbers, and get ready to celebrate more than 55 years of East Noble Theatre in 2022! Alumni: keep an eye out. We'll begin planning in the new year, and we want your help to showcase over five decades of excellence!
