Below Ms. Bri posted a wonderful video on Practical Life in the classroom and how you can put together work for at home. She also talked about the importance of your children helping you at home around the house. YOU don't have to do it all! Here is a wonderful resource with age appropriate chores that your children CAN and SHOULD be helping you with. It may take a little patience to give them initial lessons on how you would like the chore done, but it will be so worth it when they start doing it without your assistance and EVEN without you asking :) :) :)
I apologize in advance for my rambling. 🤣 Here are some ideas for practical life at home.

No bead pyramid? No problem! From basic counting all the way through multiplication and division, our students use some variation of the bead pyramid to visualize and understand math. I made this pyramid with beads and pipe cleaners (a great fine motor lesson as well) but you can get creative. Color a paper pyramid, paint beans, the possibilities are endless. If you try this at home, post your pyramid in the comments.

We had a wonderful Family Night tonight. Thank you for all who came and a special thank you to all the children who took the time to give their parents lessons on the wonderful Montessori material we work on everyday.
During the children’s work cycle, we love sneaking pictures of them in the moment. We try to capture that moment of exploration, concentration and love for the lesson.... sometimes it’s hard to imagine the magic behind it all unless your actually observing it.
