Mrs. Smith and Ms. Heinrich's 5th graders had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Abbott about how the ocean can impact climate. Students made connections from their Benchmark readings and science concepts ask questions about global warming, changes in weather, and the water cycle.

End of testing fun thanks to Mrs. Smith's STEM project. Ms. Evansβ 4th grade gators had to create a tray in 30 minutes that would be able to support 3D objects. During this process students collaborated and cheered each other on!

We have a new display in our foyer!! Ms. Whitman (our fabulous art teacher) has decided to honor one student a month for his/her brilliant artwork. This month features a 5th grade student who not only drew and painted the main piece, she also brought other pieces of art from home!!
