Star College-Kingwood President Dr. Gonzalez visited H-Town Dream Center a resourceful community organization that assists constituents with food pantry, educating at-risk-youth, and providing support and safe housing to women and children. H-Town Dream Center received filled purses with toiletries LSC KW staff and faculty donated. The purses will benefit human trafficking victims. Thank you H-Town for a wonderful visit.

Last month the Lone Star College-Kingwood Women's Center collected 75 purses that were filled with toiletries donated by faculty, staff, students, and area community partners. Half of these purses will be distributed by J.D. Diana Velardo to s*x trafficking victims and the other half will be given to H-Town Dream Center in Splendora.
