TO COFFEE or not to coffee…

If your looking for an alternative to coffee here is exactly what you need! Fresh slow juiced green power juice. Helps with mental clarity, energy, and focus. Here’s how we did it.

I do it in batches to yield about 6 quarts and drink it over a 3-4 day period. I’ll drink a quart in the morning and supplement with a protein breakfast. Takes about 2 hours.

3 # Kale
6 bunches of bunch spinach, not baby
2 full heads of romaine
2 bunches celery
12 green apples
1 pineapple
5 lemons, peeled
2 small slices of ginger

Intermix processing the hard juicy ingredients with the dry leavy greens. You want to use a slow juicer so you get as much yield as possible. Then process the juice through a fine mesh strainer if you don’t like pulp.
Enjoy! Me and my kids love it!

Love this! I infused kosher salt with spices and kept it warm in a pan and then served it with the vanilla bean creme brulee. This way they got the scent of the spices with the creme brûlée.

Cherry Dust, a cool way to dress up a plate. Crush up freeze dried cherries and put it in a sifter like you would powder sugar.

Here is what is looks like altogether, roasted pear and ginger tart with vanilla bean chantilly, cinnamon infused maple syrup, blackberry preserves, crystallized ginger and sprouted mint also, can’t forget that shortbread pistachio honey roasted pecan brittle YUM!

Soooo...this is something I had never tried before until the other day. It’s a shortbread brittle with pistachios and honey glazed pecans. Anyone care to guess how I made it? It was delicious!!!!
