*What is the Realtors Helping Heroes Program ?

Realtors Helping Heroes is a program dedicated to providing savings to Military (retired or active), Firefighters (including volunteer), Police Officers, Teachers, Medical Workers and more! This is a special discount for those who provide so much for our families and community on a daily basis.

*What are the savings?

Savings will depend on the sales price of the home. As an example, a $250,000 home transaction would receive over $2,400 approx. This would be including but not limited to 25% of the gross realtor commission as well as discounts from our immediate affiliates.
What does the program cost?
Nothing because it’s FREE. There is no cost to the Hero to use the Realtors Helping Heroes Program. Simply put, it is a savings/ discount program for Heroes when you buy or sell your home. THAT’S IT!

*Can I buy any home in any area?

Yes. This is NOT a government program with limitations or restrictions. This is an exclusive program offered by The Prehoda Team Realtors. Not only does this program not have limitations regarding where you can purchase your home, but you can use it over and over again with any future real estate transactions!

*It just sounds too good to be true!? What’s the catch?

Unlike other programs out there, our program is about Heroes first and foremost.
We understand what Heroes sacrifice every day so this is our simple, yet helpful way of giving back.
There are no contracts, no red tape, no fine print, no hidden fees or extra charges and of course no extra forms or paperwork.
