🧘🏻‍♀️I’m grateful for the opportunity to co-teach a class with Erin] Erin Johnston].🥰🙏 For me, a collaboration is a creative exploration and process between artists, and in our case, body and movement artists. Yoga is a beautiful, freeing, and organic art with the breath as the guiding element in both psychological and physiological aspects of the body.
