[06/16/20]   Good evening!

As promised, here is our district plan for the graduating class of 2020:

We will hold three graduations on Friday, June 26.

The times are 4:00, 6:00 and 8:00 p.m.

Each graduate is allotted two (2) guests only. Peish TV will livestream this event.

Admission will be by ticket only, which will also alert you to which parking lot (1 or 2) to utilize. These tickets will be placed in the students Senior packets which they will receive at rehearsal.

Rehearsal will be Friday, June 26 at 9:00 a.m. at the HS. A breakfast will be included.

The three groups are broken down by alphabet. Six speakers will be at each ceremony, and will graduate in group 1.

They are: Sophia Carretto, Carter Lyng, Emma Flaitz, Katrina Bown, Leah Harkenrider, and Vivianne Spitulnik.

Group 1-4:00 p.m. (Acton-Faulkner)

Group 2-6:00 p.m. (Fisher-Mills)

Group 3-8:00 p.m. (Moore-Zschoche)

Parents will sit in the stands (a map will be sent out next week for each ceremony). Your child's Senior banner will depict where your seat is. Social distancing rules will apply.

Unfortunately, due to only being allowed 150 people in attendance, no faculty or staff will be able attend the ceremony in person this year.

A photographer will be present at each ceremony, and a link will be shared of how to retrieve these photos within a week following the ceremony.

We will follow all Department of Health (DOH) guidelines, which can be viewed here: updated interim guidance for graduation celebrations

Once the commencement ceremony has ended, a 5:20, 7:20 and 9:20 parade through town will be led by our HPD and HFD from each parking lot.

A thorough cleansing will occur during each ceremony, including the stadium and on-field seating.

You will be able to enter the stadium for seating at 3:40, 5:40 and 7:40 from each designated parking lot.

Any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the HS main office at 324-1303 x. 1502 for more information.

Thank you for your patience, and we can't wait to celebrate the class of 2020 graduates!
