Looking for a cool, refreshing snack after your sweat sesh? We suggest the Banana Nice Cream! You can whip this recipe up in just a few minutes! 🍌
INGREDIENTS:
* 2 frozen bananas, cut into thirds
* 1-2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk (or any milk you prefer!)
* 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
RECIPE:
* Pop bananas into a blender or food processor and blend until the bananas have a smooth and creamy texture.
* Add the milk and maple syrup or honey, blend again.
* Add any toppings of your choice: peanut butter, cacao nibs, sliced fruit—the possibilities are endless!
