Our students and teachers have worked so hard this year. Time to rest and have fun in the sun!

Oh, how time flies from K to 5th! Parents of 5th graders, drop your 5th graders’ Kindergarten photos in the comments if you have them! We look forward to celebrating these students tonight at their promotion ceremony.

Everyone should sleep well tonight after a busy day of fun at Career Day and Field Day! Thank you to all of the volunteers who took time to come help with these events!

It’s all smiles for Mrs. Guthrie and Mrs. Tate, who have both worked at Chamberlayne for DECADES, as they head into their last week of the school year before retirement. Thank you for making Chamberlayne a great place to learn for literally HUNDREDS of students, ladies!

Last month we shared that Mrs. Hughes was Chamberlayne’s Christie Award winner. This week Mrs. Hughes was surprised as a division level finalist for the Christie Award! We are so proud of Mrs. Hughes and are so thankful for the love and support she pours into our students. Way to go Mrs. Hughes!

What a way to end the week but with an evening of STEAM. Have you ever played the bongos with bananas, or colored a butterfly that came to life? Last night our scholars had the chance to do both and more! We can’t wait to raffle off the 3D printed CES keychains when we come back from spring break on the morning announcements! Thank you to Mrs. Nixon and our staff for making it a great night!

Kindergarten registration starts Monday!

Will your child be 5 years old by Sept. 30? Kindergarten registration for 2024-25 starts March 25 at 9 a.m.!

There are two ways to complete the initial registration process: by completing the online PowerSchool Enrollment Form or by calling your child’s school and making an appointment with the registrar for an in-person meeting. The online PowerSchool Enrollment process is strongly encouraged.

What an incredible night at Ashland Skateland! Students and parents had an amazing time time. Sure, there were a few falls, but the joy and excitement was high all night long!
