Cleburne County Library has so many exciting activities going on this summer!!

Camp BOOK IT! About CAMP BOOK IT! Program Dates: June - August Camp BOOK IT! is open to all families with PreK-6th grade students (ages 4-12). Parents set goals, track reading and reward their students, all in our digital dashboard.

Heber Springs Public Library has some great summer activities to check out, along with guests readers and book clubs.

Mrs. Romero and Mrs. Sanders Pre-K 4 water activity day 💦 Almost all of the kids loved being able to pour water on their teachers, and said it was the best day ever!

Our HIPPY End of Year celebration is Monday May 13th 5-6 PM in the Heber Springs Elementary library! Please join us to celebrate another amazing year!

We currently have NO Pre-K 3 spots open, 6 Pre-K 4 spots, and 4 scholarship spots which is first come first serve. All other applicants will be placed on a first come first serve waitlist.

This morning our students were lucky to get to watch our very own HSHS Seniors, class of 2024 walk the halls one last time. We love that our students got to cheer them on, and congratulate them on their hard work. We were even lucky enough to have some staff member’s children be apart of the Senior walk through. Ms. Mel received a Life Impact Diploma for her significant impact on one of our seniors. Ms. Mel was one of the preschool teachers in this senior’s life, and she still remembers the impact that she left on her.

Please help us with wishing our very own Pre-K 3 para Ms. Allie Boister a very happy birthday. Ms. Allie is such a huge asset to us and all of her students and their families, and we could not do what we do without her. Happy, happy birthday Ms. Allie🥳🎉

Ms. Romero and Ms. Mel’s Prek 4 class spent time the last few weeks learning about catepillars, and got to watch them turn into butterflies then release them.

The Kinder concert was a great time for our students, staff, and families.

We are so grateful for the Kinder’s to come out and perform for us this evening, and to all the families who joined us. It was a great time for students, families, and our staff.

Please join us on Monday, April 22nd, at 5:30PM at the Spring Park Amphitheater. This event is open to all the Heber Springs elementary students and their families. We can’t wait to join the show with you.

If we have any parents willing to record themselves giving us their opinion on the interactions between students, staff, and families at morning drop off and afternoon pick up. For example greeting the families, knowing the families by name, communicating during pick up, etc. We need the recording by this afternoon if at all possible. If you could please email your recording to [email protected] we would greatly appreciate it.

We currently only have FIFTEEN available 4 year old spots, FIVE available 3 year old spots, and SEVENTEEN available scholarship spots open for our preschool, if you are interested in a spot, and your child will be 3 by August 1st, please return your applications as soon as possible to reserve your spot.

The Heber Springs Elementary Panther Cubhouse Preschool and Heber Springs HIPPY is in need of clothing donations if you or someone you know is cleaning out boys or girls clothes size 3T-6, we will gladly accept any clothing donations for those spills or accidents that sometimes happen.
