YES. We are hiring, But, Guess what?!?
We're a Boutique School. What does that mean??
Our daycare and preschool classrooms have Small classroom ratios!
There is no more than 12 kiddos in any classroom.
In fact, let's break it down. We structured our program intentionally:
One classroom has 5, two classrooms have 4, one classroom has 9, and homeroom has up to 12! This is the EKLA Way. Small groups- no overwhelming chaos or burnout. All team members also have access to childcare as well as priority access to coaching, mentoring, and our exclusive Enrichment Center for amazing events, pampering, self-care, and celebrations for you and/or immediate family members.
The catch?
Just do what you love with consistency and purpose- teach, nurture, support families, and grow professionally with a team who's more like family!
Caregivers must be 18+
Assistant must be 16+
Must be willing to pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and willingness for growth and required training and a minimum of 15hrs. Professional development annually.
Excessive tardiness/ unexcused call-outs, or lack of Professional/ethical demeanor, is unacceptable.
