IMMUNIZATION AND VACCINE CLINIC: The Jackson County Health Department will host an immunization clinic for 8th and 12th-grade students ONLY, on July 13-14 from 8am - 2pm at CAIR (1001 Main St., Grandview, MO.)

The first shot of the Pfizer COVID vaccination will also be available, and the second shot will be given on August 4. Click the link below to register for the clinic.

It may be mid-summer but our signups are now open for school supplies for the 2021-2022 year. If you need assistance getting school supplies for your student(s) in the Grandview School District, please let us help!
If you have received services from GAP THIS year (2021, you may call our office to make a school supply pick up appointment: 816-761-1919
If you have not received services from GAP in 2021, you must provide the following items: Picture ID, Social Security Card for each person in your household, current (non-expired) lease/mortgage verification or utility bill, and verification of your total household's income received in June. Due to COVID-19, we are trying to limit the amount of in-person appointments. It is preferred to email a copy of these documents to [email protected]. For questions about the school supplies program please call our main office at 816-761-1919.
