The FAITH HOPE LOVE Project is a young people's rally to create a new unified generation of Christians that knows that they are accepted and belong!

I'm so excited and hopeful for 2017! While 2016 had its 'ups' it sure had its fair share of 'downs' too didn't it? Like many of you, I've lost close friends and family and I've had my fair share of trials.

Here is hope. Each year that passes by we get closer and closer to the day when Jesus will return and reunite with us. That means each year we get closer and closer to the end of suffering, poverty, illness, decay and loss.

And here is a toast to the lows! Yes, a toast! Each time I went through a trial, I got on my knees and watched God work it out for me. Now, I trust God more and my relationship and faith in him is stronger than it was last year.

May you enjoy amazing health this year. May you have the most prosperous year that you have ever realized. But greater than this may the relationships you have grow stronger, more meaningful and bring you closer to Jesus. May God also grant you new wonderful relationships this year. Finally, may your relationship with God grow stronger this year, through the bad times and especially the good times.

Hello all my friends! I'm back and finally shaking off this horrible jet lag. I look forward to the graduation tomorrow and to seeing everyone. This is an exciting time as we move into our fall semester. For all interested in the success of Sedona PALMS keep your ears up as I will announce a meeting with all of the athletes to get your feedback on some great growth ideas I have. God bless all of you!

We are currently forming committees to assist with our first Sedona PALMS Bingo Night and Golf Tournament. Please sign up at the front desk if you are interested in serving on one of these committees!

Family and friends are invited to work out with us and celebrate the graduates. We will all do a team work out from 7-8. The graduates will pick their favorite exercises and the work out will comprise of this. After we will have a graduation ceremony followed by a potluck breakfast. Great choices to bring are cereals, skim milk, protein powder, water, fruit and juices.
