Our fine arts (and Pharmacy Tech) students recently made their "Art" of Giving donations to four organizations around Wayne County! The "Art" of Giving is an idea where fine arts students nominate - through a secret ballot - organizations for gifts of $100 in time, money, or supplies. The money comes from a portion of the sales of student artwork through the Foundation's Juried Art Show and Fine Arts Print Sale. Fine Arts - Wayne Community College

WCC student Kenia Aldana auctioned off her painting at this year's Foundation of WCC Invitational for an incredible $1500!
All the proceeds at this event went to the Foundation to aid WCC students in their pursuit of higher education. We're so proud of Kenia for using her art to make a difference!
