Wayne County Development Alliance requests qualifications for the design and building of two shell buildings in the Park East Industrial Park, Goldsboro, NC. For the project referenced below, Wayne County Development Alliance will receive qualifications that provide design and construction services for two pre-engineered shell buildings. Submissions must present your qualifications for constructing either the 30,000-square-foot building, 50,000-square-foot building, or both buildings. Qualifications - MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN - 4:00 PM on December 8, 2022.
