Flowers are a wonderful gift. Did you know that the colors and types of flowers have different meanings? What does it mean when you give a red rose, a yellow daisy, or a pink carnation?
There is a language of flowers, and learning about it is fun.
You are invited to learn more about the language of flowers this coming Wednesday, April 17 at noon (mountain). Debbie Crutchfield is leading this meeting, and the theme is "Flowers Say Things"
Our club is educational, supportive and fun. We have planned speeches, we practice our use of language with table topics (impromptu speeches), and we learn how to improve through our evaluation process.
Toastmasters can help you become a better speaker, gain confidence, and learn to inspire others.
You can join us in person at Garden City Library, or online at http://tinyurl.com/GardenCityGabbers.
