Last week, we held a company-wide staff development meeting. We did some team building exercises and discussed all of the exciting things happening at KD over the next few weeks. Sara didn't plan on applying to The University of Alabama. She thought it was too far and too expensive. But after receiving the selective National Hispanic Recognition Award, UA offered Sara full tuition for four years and extra stipends. Now, Sara can't wait to Roll Tide in her new home "sweet home." David Dillard recently visited the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor in Temple, Texas. Chartered in 1845, UMHB is one of the oldest continuously operating colleges in Texas. The former all-girls school served as the sister to Baylor University but became co-ed in 1971.
