The Cultural Fair is almost here 🌏🎉 LE4 students are putting the finishing touches on their projects about Switzerland, ready to showcase its beauty and diversity. Meanwhile, Primary students explored Nigerian culture—trying on traditional clothing and making an authentic dessert with the help of one of our amazing families!

It is beautiful to watch as students develop a deeper appreciation for cultures around the world. We can't wait to show you what they have been working on 👏

The Montessori Event 2025 in Denver was a wonderful opportunity for our team to present to, learn from, and connect with educators from across the globe. 🙌🌏

We are excited to bring these new ideas back to Starwood Academy and continue to grow as a Montessori community!

Upper Elementary 1 students took their learning beyond the classroom and into the community by participating in our Adopt-a-Street cleanup! ♻️💚

Through hands-on service, our students are learning the power of responsibility, stewardship, and giving back.

As a reminder, school is closed on Friday, March 14, for Teacher Inservice and Monday, March 17-Friday, March 21 for Spring Break.

Our middle school students had the opportunity to give back to the community during their service trip to The Samaritan Inn. Through hands-on volunteer work, they made a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in need right here in North Texas💙

Next week, Starwood Academy of Frisco is heading to Denver for The Montessori Event 2025🎉

We are thrilled to be taking 18 Starwood team members to the conference to learn and connect with Montessorians from around the world, with Ms. Hanks and Ms. Rao representing Starwood as featured workshop presenters. We can't wait to share more about their trip!

Parents & guardians experienced how language comes to life through the Montessori materials at our Language Curriculum Night! From early literacy to advanced grammar, they explored how language is interwoven throughout the Montessori classroom ✨

From bowling to eating pizza, our students had so much fun at the Upper Elementary and Middle School Social last Friday! 🎳🍕

Parents and guardians joined their Primary Leaders Club students for a special lunch in our Community Dining Hall! From sharing smiles and creating memories, they experienced a glimpse of what lunchtime will be like in Lower Elementary next year 🌟

Our sixth-year upper elementary students had another successful sale as part of their class business, StarMart.
