In each class offering Kai speaks into the room the joy of daily living. She reminds us of the importance of advocating for and believing in ourselves, the need to pay it forward, and the reason exercise for functional daily living is essential. Kai does all this while accentuating the fun in fitness and ensures each participant is executing safely the tasks at hand.
I am sharing this with you because Kai’s family type studio classes offer a whole other level of body, mind, Spirit wellness - where everybody knows your name - and Ekklesia FIT is a safe fitness space where you get to be who you are and celebrate the skin you’re in - all while becoming that much stronger. My biggest wish for you today is that you choose to come and experience the same joy I do when I attend her classes, it’s really quite something.

Time to congratulate the 💎 team on their successes !! Their jazz received star platinum and 1ST OVERALL🤩🤩🥰 Their contemporary received star platinum and 5th overall👏🏼 Their tap won a special judges “shimmy shakers” award and platinum! Great job to the diamond team!

Congrats to our three soloist’s who placed in the overalls! Madison Sweeny in the senior category with a star platinum, special judges “ lovely lyrical” award, and 1st place overall!!🤩👏🏼 Juju also received star platinum and took a spot in the overalls with 8th place! Go girl!🧡 Little Miss Mckinley received her first star platinum and 3rd place overall! YAY!! Juju and Hannah’s duet got platinum and 3rd overall. Teryn and Madigan got platinum and 8th overall!! Our littles and teens are on fire!!!🔥🔥This was our Sparkler teams first competition EVER!! They received platinum for jazz and platinum for hip hop with a special judges sass award and #1 in their category👏🏼 Our Onyx team received platinum for jazz and star platinum for both hip hop and tap! They also claimed 3rd place overall for hip hop and 1ST PLACE OVERALL FOR TAP!!!🤩🤩👏🏼 Our Gem/Sapphire team received platinum for their contemporary and 5th place overall!! What a great start to the day!🥰 We are ready for our Ruby team to shine on the stage tonight🤍
