Teacher Survey: Student and Teacher Wellness During the COVID-19 Pandemic and Intensified Resistance to Racial Injustice
PK-12 students have experienced trauma, disruption, distress, loss and challenging circumstances in these unprecedented times. Our national survey is intended for PK-12 teachers in the United States who were employed full-time in a school during the 2019-2020 school year. We hope to learn how teachers have been able to respond to students’ wellness concerns (mental health, health, safety, family and academic), and how teachers are doing during these unprecedented times.
Participation in this study is completely voluntary. You can learn more about and complete the survey at this link. We will be raffling off $20 gift cards weekly. Please feel free to share the link widely with all teaching colleagues and friends. Thank you!

We are seeking after school child care for our 12 yr old twin girls on Tuesdays and Thursdays from approx 4 PM to about 8 or 9 PM (depending on how my work day winds down in the evening). We live pretty close to GMU - off of Rt 29 by the Wegman's.
Responsibilities include driving to/from after school activities (their schedule of activities is not set at this point), light meal preparation and clean up from meals and making sure the kids stay on task to get HW done, practice music instruments and get ready for bed on time. Another important requirement for the person seeking this position is to be comfortable with our medium-sized, 7-month old dog and hopefully no dog allergies. Any students are welcome to bring homework and are free to use down time for studying once job requirements are met. The kids are pretty good about doing what they're supposed to and should be pretty low maintenance. We mostly need someone for supervision and safety in the evenings and driving, as needed.
Please provide a couple of references for us to contact. My phone number is 5712412827 and my email is [email protected].

The other two days will be for another family as well with a 5th grade boy and 4th grade girl. (The four kids get along very well.)
