The DPE Academy is a new, women-run, community-focused workshop where experienced planners and creatives help shape and educate the next generation of wedding planners with real life examples and practices.

The mission is to empower aspiring planners to start their business on the right foot, be able to charge their worth, grow their community and network of vendors and thrive at their passion.

This hands-on workshop offers practical learning experience and a unique approach for today’s wedding planners.

Can you believe the first DPE Academy was 1 month ago? We are so excited for our first class of graduates and seeing them making big changes in their businesses already!

Hands-on learning is such a crucial part in expanding your knowledge and expertise as a wedding planner. A large part of our Academy was spend learning the craft from other industry pros. Here Janet Flowers of Nature of Design showed attendees how to make boutonnieres and how to pin them. It might seem like a small task but when put on the spot by your groom on his big day, it's one less thing to worry about and perfectly execute with a smile.
