THIS IS A BRAND NEW INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY WITH CITY OF FAIRFAX SCHOOLS!!

The City of Fairfax Schools seeks a dynamic, self-starter to assist marketing and communications efforts to tell stories about Fairfax HS to the City of Fairfax community. This internship is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of marketing while working in a flexible work environment. The Communications Intern will work independently and on a team to fulfill organizational goals and initiatives related to programming and events.

TODAY IS FAIRFAX ACADEMY'S PARKING TAG DISTRIBUTION!!!

• Wednesday August 11th from 3pm - 6pm.
• Please enter at Door 10 (Academy entrance off Old Lee Hwy.)
If your student will be driving to/from class at Fairfax Academy, they will need an Academy parking tag to park on school grounds.

Please complete the following before arriving:
• Fill out this Parking Tag Google form, or see our website for a PDF form.
• Bring the signed copy of the parking tag agreement or the completed PDF form.
• Bring a copy of the student’s valid driver’s license or permit.
• Bring all completed Academy back to school paperwork with you. All back-to-school forms can be found on our website: https://fairfaxacademy.fcps.edu/resources/forms

Paper copies of all forms will be available at our office as well and can be filled out upon your arrival. If you have purchased a parking tag at the base school, please bring that with you, or your proof of purchase. If you will not be purchasing a tag at the base school, our cost is $67 for the year, payable by cash (exact change only), or check made out to Fairfax High School.

Fairfax High School student drivers should apply for parking privileges directly with Fairfax HS, and not Fairfax Academy.
If you are not able to come to this event, parking tags will also be sold at Orientation on August 19th, and throughout the year during normal school hours. Student parking is limited, and availability is on a first-come basis. We cannot reserve tags/spaces. Questions, call the Academy office at 703-219-2226.
