Hi Everyone! I want to apologize for falling off the grid for a while! I’ll be honest; trying to run a small business is no easy task, and although I have a fabulous property/building to work with, the location is a tough one. I’m the last Bead/jewelry craft supplier in a 30 mile area, yet still need to get the word out that I’m here-1/4 mile inside the Ellsworth town line on route 1A. I sell Japanese seed beads and many others by the gram. (Can’t get those at the big box stores.)Christmas is flying at us and so I popped out 2 new pairs of Christmas Tree earrings to offer some inspiration. (Sorry they didn’t photograph as well as I’d like. I have the beads, the wire and the ability to teach. Think about making some Christmas gifts and come see me for how-tos! New winter store hours: Wed-Sat. 9:30-5:30. Any other time by requests...(207)631-9630

Latest inspiration...made this ring from an idea I saw on Pinterest...by the way...never just copy...put your own ideas into your pieces...give credit where credit is due! Thanks to NBEADS.com for the inspiration!

Idea for leather and beads...Kumihimo! Takes friendship bracelets to a new elegance! Just finished this one...

Thank you so much to the visiting ladies from New York staying at Green Lake! Hopefully you'll see this and come back as I neglected to discount your Alpaca purchase! I owe you...sooo sorry...

So Great to have a live visit from Laura Blanchette today! She makes these beautiful hand wired mega-charm bracelets and much more...and my tip for the day is...there's more than one way to wear your bracelets, especially charm bracelets; attach a chain to the ends and wear it as a statement necklace!

Needed to give my eyeballs some rest so a pang of contemporary inspiration hit me!

Found something to use my expensive lamp work glass blueberry beads with...think this will make a nice pendant?

Introducing a local Artisan John M who designs and hand-crafts these wonderful custom fishing lures from recycled stainless steel silverware. Not only are they shiny and beautiful, but they also work at catching fish! This is one is mine, I've used at Branch and love how it casts and "swims" in the water; great for trolling!
