Welcome to The Goddard School! Our goal is to be a resource for families and a community where parents can share information and learn from each other.
Operating as usual
Happy National Crayon Day! Let's celebrate by getting crafty with a fun, at-home art project that will spark your child’s creativity as they develop their fine motor skills and color and shape identification.
1. Preheat your oven to 300° F.
2. Collect crayons and peel off the labels.
3. Break the crayons into tiny pieces.
4. Add the pieces into a cupcake pan or baking mold and bake them for 10-15 minutes.
5. Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool for at least 30 minutes.
Have fun creating masterpieces with your DIY crayon creation!

Happy St. Patrick's Day! 🍀 Our little leprechauns are having a BLAST here at the Goddard School!
For the month of March, look out for Shamrock Shoutouts posted all around our school! Each time a student gets a new skill or learns something new that they're proud of, we will celebrate their accomplishment by creating a shamrock and posting it outside of the classroom for everyone to see!
We cannot wait to see all of the new skills that are learned!!
And the winners are...
It's a TIE! Our Coral Crawlers (with Ms. Kate and Ms. Catie) and our Lake Leapers (with Ms. Heather and Ms. Layla) both had 100% participation ALL SPIRIT WEEK!

Happy Valentine's Day!
Life is all about balance!
The Goddard School will be participating in a Kindness Heart event for the month of February! Each class will post one heart per day, outside of their classroom door, honoring a kind act shown by one of their students! Parents, be on the look out for your child's heart!
We cannot wait to see all of the positive messages spread throughout our school and celebrate the kind things our students do each and every day!
We’re getting our movement in all day long!
Incorporating joyful movement into every day life is a great way to bond together as a family. Ask your children how it makes their bodies feel when they run, jump and play instead of focusing on how their bodies may look. Joyful movement can be anything from jumping on the trampoline to walking the dog and it happens in all shapes and sizes!
Whether it’s a few minutes or a whole weekend, self-care is important no matter how you practice it!
We’re excited to introduce Goddard’s exclusive social-emotional development learning program, Life Lesson Library! Using hand-picked children’s books and the characters found in the stories, Life Lesson Library helps children develop five core skills that will teach them how to get along with others and become good humans along the way.
