Our Story
CMAS is the Center of Mexican American Studies at UTRGV. It supports MAS majors, minors and Graduate students as well as faculty who study the political, artistic, cultural, social and economic conditions and contributions of Mexican Americans, within a historical and contemporary context with a focus on social justice.
CMAS provides programming, research opportunities and community engagement in the field of Mexican American Studies.
