Guys my age are struggling and we are struggling to find purpose.
The challenges we face are different for many but all have some.
Unable to see ourselves doing something meaningful and fulfilling in the future, is part of the root causes to vices….
To point out the elephant in the room… 🐘
🐘Sleeping in, staying up late and being sluggish
🐘Over eating any chance we get
🐘Drinking to much caffeine
🐘Smoking too much w**d, drinking to much beer.
🐘Going from girl to girl without knowing who is
THE ONE.
🐘Possibly even living with a broken heart from years ago.
Do to or the lack of attention from pretty girls this will pull guys into p**n or chronic ma********on.
“EVERYTHING THAT FEELS GOOD IS ALSO BAD FOR US.”
Which even younger guys have access to see things they won’t understand and even worse…
With no guidance and no idea how to get some and afraid of asking for it.
This sets them up to be compromised from the jump.
What I have laid out for you is heavy, it’s the stuff that every guy of every age and every background knows he is struggling with.
But he may have just convinced himself it’s okay.
I bring it all up to say this…
There are things to do so you know why you are having a tough time.
Why you are pi**ed and angry often.
Or thinking everyone else has “The good life” and I’m left out in the cold.

((Why Being Strong Matters?))

If you are strong you can endure. Life is to endure.

Many of us have things to say and with the internet now we all speak on many topics outside of our day to day lives.

We all have to put up with the lag social media makes with our understanding of other people.

As Mike Tyson said “Social media made it okay to say something without getting punched in the face”.

Everyone has strength and we have to bring back a cornerstone of value towards traits of strength.

Strength to speak truthfully without anyone around to correct you was unheard of up until recently.

Strength to question of what I agree with is really on target at all.

Life is to endure. Endurance takes strength. See the cycle.

((What Is Sin?))

My mentor suggested to me 4 years ago, I might look at what faith and practices my grandfather was raised as because many values are given to you that you don’t realize.

When he said this the journey started.

I am still only beginning.

But something interesting I wanted to write you was a definition of sin I really think it is helpful.

Sin means to miss the mark or to not have an aim.

It’s an old archers term.

know that if I don’t conduct my time with purpose I will feel like s**t.

We are only as good as the last thing we did.
Make it count.

Be intentional. And life will take care of itself for the better. Because that is your aim.

((THE TOP REASON MOST PEOPLE DONT SEE PHYSICAL CHANGES IN THE GYM…))

Going to the gym like you go to the grocery store or the bank.

Just to check the box won’t cut it.

For a spoon of coffee to become a cup of coffee it requires heat… .

For you to change your body it requires intentional intensity.

I can show you how to do this simply and not spend all your time at the gym, or to even have to step in the gym for that matter.

((WHAT I KNOW ABOUT WORKING OUT AND YOU DON’T))

I know that you think it has to be drudgery to train and diet and be looking at food labels.

I also know that you probably think I never slip on my and I’m always in the gym.

P.S you are wrong.

I plan when to eat what I want and I eat the same thing very often then I don’t have to look at the back of my food to know what is in there, I already know.

I’m not always in the gym because the gym helps me develop muscle or learn a skill but dieting helps you stay in shape. are built in the kitchen.

2. Boxing is uncomfortable so is life at times. Being comfortable getting is necessary for everyone to grow in any area

Like Marcus Aurelius said “It’s not things that happen we control but our reactions to them”.

Arm yourself with this as you go through the day.

The best thing could happen or the worst thing could happen and I will make it better or worse depending on how I react when it comes to me.

There is a saying “Who will you be when your father dies”.

You want to aim at being someone who keeps his head on his shoulders and maintains structure. This will have to be in place long before it happens. Or your family could quickly be at each other’s throats and living in hell.

We are only as good as the last thing we did.

We have to rise to the occasion of each moment without hesitating towards what is easy.

This moment might ask you to do some public speaking.

Quick arrangements, big decisions on the fly. Calming yourself down and putting others before yourself.

In the scenario of your fathers passing all would be asked of you.

And you will have to be brave and hopefully you feel Adequate for when this day comes.

Do You Need More Energy, Keep Reading?

Energy is a feeling and also aligns with structure. If you are attempting something new to you energy will be wasted in the beginning as learn ti recognize patterns.

If you are feeling tired all the time you are recognizing you don’t get energy from your patterns and something needs to change.

It’s not that people in shape have more energy than anyone else it’s that they know how to manipulate the energy they do have to sustain output longer.

Systemizing structure around daily routines like wake time and bed time and when you eat open up more energy to you throughout your day.

We have all heard about food as fuel but before even that we have oxygen and people that subject themselves to exercise regularly have a better understanding of how to breathe to calm them down or speed them up.

What is really cool is we all can learn to use these systems to our benefit to perform better no matter the task at hand physical or mentally challenging.

Good Morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🌞

I have been putting some great things together and been busy past few months working with my fitness clients.

Big things have been .

For me I lost 15lbs in

some methods out and I have made a program with all the thought process taken out for my clients.

Because I have struggled with the same things that they will. 🔥⚔️♥️⚔️🔥

So that’s something.

I also have been conducting daily action . Looks like this…

1. Set wake time. No matter how late you stay up or how s**t you feel wake up the same time each day.

2. Cold 🚿 Wakes up alright! Get a tough thing done first. All for You. Before life puts some on ya!

3. 30 min every day.
(I don’t care make time) this works, you might thank me later…

4. No Trash .
Music with lyrics has us up and down in our emotions more than instrumentals. Block the time to listen to your mind run, or classical jazz or hip hop with no lyrics.

Learning breathwork it's important to understand the concept of Acidic and Alkaline.

our body is constantly in a flux of being acidic or alkaline, our stressful thoughts can change us from alkaline to acidic.

when we are noticing the beginning of a sickness, getting a scratchy throat and sniffles. The body can be made alkaline from breathing exercises.

I have personally got rid of headaches and congestion time and time again just by breathing. Being sensitive to what you notice the body doing you can stop and breathe and not get sick or really fight it and help advance the defence of your body to combat the intrusion of the sickness, you have to be diligent and have a plan to execute.

Acidity is not to be feared it is normal and natural, we would not be able to digest our food without it, and is good in other ways when it is not out of hand. Foods like
-meat
-coffee
-ci******es
-cows milk
-vinegar
-butter
-grapes
-candy
are ACIDIC

ALKALINE FOODS

-water
-all vegetables and fruits, many nuts, seeds and spices

but no matter how much alkaline or acidic your diet is you need a conscious breath practice to go into so you can guide the system back to balance.
