Do you meditate?
Love it? Hate it? Haven't done it?
Here are a couple of methods I use, that I explain so anyone, on any path, with any deity or love of nature, can try.
I find it brings me to my heart, creates "downloads" of ideas or answers, and often gives me exact directions (or divine orders) for my day.
If I start my day with meditation, I am much more likely to check in frequently during the day to ask, "what is my next right action." This works even better if I use my timer in 20 or 30 min increments, so I remember to ask.
I wish I meditated daily, but it is about 5 days a week. I've been practicing regularly now for 3 years.
