Are you feeling burned out and are sick of it?

Career burnout is real, and I have faced it. Stagnant in the same position with managers not seeing you beyond your current role. It’s a terrible feeling and can be very frustrating.

Here are some things you can do today to overcome career burnout:
1. Write down 5 reasons you do not like your current job (Please don’t share this with your boss ;) )
2. For each dislike, indicate whether the problem is you (self-reflection helps) or the organization, the boss, the job itself, co-workers, etc.
3. Now, in the final step, answer these questions:

1. If I stay in this job, what will my life look like next year this time?
2. If I leave this job, what will my life look like next year this time?
