Texas Child Care Leadership Academy Day 1 ✅
We are excited have been selected to participate in the Texas Child Care Leadership Academy, a 10-month training provided by Together4Children in partnership with the Texas Workforce Commission. We are 3 out of 350 Child Care Center administrators from Texas selected for this Academy!
• The model is based on a national program, Taking Charge of Change. It focuses on helping leaders to create thriving early childhood organizations that inspire staff.
• We are excited to see how we can become better leaders and support our staff.
