Sumo deadlifts, inspired by the powerful stance of sumo wrestlers, offer a unique approach to building strength and muscle.

By capitalizing on the wide stance and toe positioning, this variant targets different muscle groups than conventional deadlifts, placing an additional emphasis on the inner thighs, glutes, and lower back.
