Evolve and Transform had a wonderful opportunity to participate in a retreat centered around understanding our behavioral patterns and how they impact us personally and professionally. The retreat was held in beautiful Broken Bow, Oklahoma, and encompassed education and experiences while connecting with nature.
The accommodations were incredible, and we highly recommend these beautiful cabins.
A very special thank you to all the local flagship business entrepreneurs Graze By Bluebirds, Girls Gone Wine, and Farmhouse Dining who shared their stories of trials and tribulations and how they evolved and transformed into notable businesses with generous hearts.
I know they are planning more retreats with different themes and will share them when released. Stay tuned.

I get asked about narcissism a lot in the field I am in today. While I am a coach, not a clinician, this short video is informative about the challenges of dealing with a narcissist and guidance on how you can navigate those situations as well as other personality disorders. Boundaries are truly your best friend in self-preservation.
Empathic folks have an ability to hang in there longer with certain personality disorders but it comes with a serious negative personal price to the empath. YOU CAN NOT FIX PEOPLE (repeat that 3 times outloud). They have to see it and want the change for themselves. You can choose whether you participate or not. If you choose to participate, know that it will come at a very grave price.
