Our Phonics with Phoebe program provides an interactive approach to early literacy by incorporating visual, auditory, and tactile instructional strategies to meet the needs of all learners. Through this program, children build confidence as they learn their letters and sounds. Through catchy songs, leveled readers, and a whole cast of Phonics characters, the children acquire the tools necessary to begin their reading journey.

Our highly interactive foreign language program introduces our Preschoolers to different languages, cultures, and countries from around the world by using songs, games, virtual field trips, and hands-on exploration. According to researchers, learning a second language at an early age improves a child’s academic performance, increases problem-solving skills, and advanced cognitive abilities; this lays the groundwork for a plethora of opportunities in the future.

Penny Polite, our well-mannered etiquette coach, demonstrates the importance of being helpful, honest, and kind. Penny helps to reinforce basic concepts such
as sitting “tummy to the table” or saying “please” and “thank you.” She also goes above and beyond to teach children important values such as sharing, taking turns, and being kind to others. Penny Polite helps to develop our little learners into compassionate, honest, and helpful TLE® citizens.

Our little learners benefit from early childhood education enrichment programs implemented through our very own Charlie Choo Choo Enrichment Program. They’re provided in kit formats that are taken home at the end of the unit, giving families an opportunity to extend their children’s daycare experience. The Learning Experience childcare is proud to offer Enrichments such as Yippie for Yoga, Suddenly Science, Super Soccer, Coding, Dancing Feet, Music 4 Me, Pablo's Art Studio and many more at no additional cost. From Infants to Preschool our Enrichment programs encourage children to move their bodies, develop their physical and intellectual muscles, focus on healthy habits and explore their hidden talents.

STEM is the integrated exploration of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
Through STEM, teachers act as facilitators, while students guide their own learning through problem solving and collaboration. Children explore, play, and build curiosity about the natural world and the way things work.
At The Learning Experience, we take STEM one step further through our STREAMS model, which encompasses Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art, Mathematics, and Social Studies. Children learn advanced 21st century skills as they explore with hands-on materials and work cooperatively to achieve a common goal. At TLE our children’s safety is our number one priority—and we’ve taken every step to make sure they’re safe and secure while they spend their day with us. Each TLE® Center features:

- Safe, secure, and private access—A security fob is required to gain entry
- Rounded corners in hallways and classrooms
- Changing tables that face out so that teachers never have their backs to the children
- Bathrooms designed for preschoolers’ use
- Cameras in each classroom that are monitored in the administrative office
