Although buyers are limited in how they can house-hunt, that doesn't mean people aren't looking. It's spring home-buying season when agents typically prep for a frantic pace of home buying from April through August. This year, however, no one knows how the coronavirus pandemic will affect the city's hot housing market.
"There are so many unknowns in the business right now," said Andy Mills, president of Columbus Realtors. "You see this interconnectedness, the virus impacting every single business. People are finding ways to adapt – the activity is still there."

dispatch.com Buying and selling a home has become more complicated because of coronavirus.
Central Ohio saw a record number of homes sales during the month of February. There were 1,976 homes and condominiums sold during the month of February, a 13.3 percent increase over the previous year and record high for the month.
“Even though the number of central Ohio new listings grew to 2,455 which was 9.2 percent ahead of last year and just slightly higher than January, the number of active listings at month end was still lower than normal. This reflects the strong demand for residential properties in our area,” stated President, Andy Mills. 📈🏘 #columbusrealtors #housingreports #centralohio
