After spending his first two years working on policy at AirMap, he joined Factual as their Policy Manager. Alex graduated from CMC in 2016 with a dual major in Economics and Applied Mathematics with a Computer Science Sequence. Currently, she is a part of the Snapchat team and has been working as a Product Data Scientist for the Communication engineering team for the past 3 years. She is responsible for all engagement and performance data related to the friends feed, sending/receiving snaps and chats and calling.

The Randall Lewis Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship is hosting a case competition on Friday, October 29th! The theme of the case competition is reimagining learning, beyond the constraints of the classroom. Teams of 2-4 can sign up prior to the event and teams will be accepted first come, first serve.

The RLCIE Fellows Program is officially open for applications! This application is open to all first and second year students at the 5Cs. For the fall of 2021, we are no longer making decisions based on interviews. Applicants will now be participating in a series of workshops and a pitch contest to join and be a part of the Fellows Program.

For today, we celebrate the renaming of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in honor of Randall Lewis '73 P'10 P'11 P'13 and his generous contribution of $3.75 million to the center.
The CIE started off in 2012 as a small startup, founded by a group of students. Today, it is an institution made up of over 100 students. Lewis's donations will help boost the ability to help prepare these students to be thoughtful, productive, and responsible leaders and innovators.

On April 30th, from 3 pm to 4 pm PST, George will be discussing his experience funding and growing startups as well as his decision to go public through S**C rather than an IPO. At the time when most of the focus on founders in technology is around STEM, George and his co-founder and co-CEO Toby Russell break the model, with a very liberal arts focused background, since both have bachelors degrees in political science from Middlebury College.

💬 This Friday, April 2nd (1-3 PM PST), Nyree Gray will be hosting a workshop on Negotiation Skills. Nyree is the Associate Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion/Chief Civil Rights Officer at CMC.
