CLU Exchange – Food Empowerment: From Food Insecurity to Food Oasis

On April 9th, 2016, in the middle of its April Weekend Gathering, Claremont Lincoln University (CLU) hosted its second CLU Exchange, titled, “Food Empowerment: From Food Insecurity to Food Oasis.” The core of this year’s Exchange focused on the topic of food insecurity, the multitude of factors that creates food deserts, and the threat both hold to the health of various communities all over the nation.
