OUR SPECIAL 2021 CJIR ISSUE IS NOW OUT‼ This issue features articles written by Julia Kelly (Scripps, '21), Petie Schill (Scripps '22), and Erin Puckett (Pomona, '23).

Kelly and Schill analyze the existing and emerging challenges in the refugee system: menstrual care and climate refugees, respectively.

Puckett examines the role of cybersecurity in the context of the United States–South Korea alliance.

The Claremont Journal of International Relations (CJIR) aims to promote awareness and discussion of international affairs through biannual journals. The journal features student and faculty articles addressing global events, international relations, and political theory from a broad field of studies.

CJIR hopes to serve as an organization for the interdisciplinary study of international relations and its relevance to history, politics, anthropology, economics, philosophy, sociology, environmental analysis, and others. We aspire to foster a supportive and generative environment that encourages discussion and contemplation on these intersections.
