Advance planning can avoid conflict and stress for your loved ones and give you peace of mind. While nobody likes to think about the end of their life, you can take control of your future by expressing your wishes and appointing people to handle your affairs before you face an emergency.
In this free, 60-minute presentation, DePaul’s Croak Community Legal Clinic will help you plan for the future by creating health care directives and an estate plan. We will go over wills, transfer on death instruments, powers of attorney, and living wills.
