Gearing up for this year's Festival!
This can solve the problem
I’m a student at Allegro and I see and hear people talk about others rudely and nothing’s done with it. Why don’t we worry about bullying and helping kids not kill them selves. But y’all aren’t worried about that. Others in the school get to be free on what they say and some teachers allow it. My opinion is that they never talk about our society in decline.I believe this all, is a lack of moral values and just a feel good thing.I don't know of a single incident where the gun has killed anyone without someone pulling the trigger.Just continue to take God out of the schools and I personally think things will continue to decline.I again personally believe,if you arm the teachers that want to be trained and carry is the only way to stop it.I do have a opinion yet again. So please why don’t we have a walk out for bullying, exclusion and social ostracism. Suicide is the third leading cause of death among young people, resulting in about 4,400 deaths per year, according to the CDC. For every suicide among young people , there are at least 100 suicide attempts. Over 14 percent of high school students have considered suicide, and almost 7 percent have attempted it. Bully victims are between 2 to 9 times more likely to consider suicide than non-victims, according to the studies by Yale University.

[03/16/20]   Note from our Nurses:
In order to keep you and your family safe and to reduce the spread of COVID-19 throughout the community, please abide the following:
1. Wash your hands A LOT, Use soap and water or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
2. Do not pick your nose. Or touch your face. "Surface contact works like this: You touch something dirty — like an elevator button. Virus sticks to your hands. Then you rub your eye. Then you touch your sandwich and put the sandwich in your mouth. Now there is virus in your eyes and mouth. You may be thinking, but I don’t pick my nose because I am an adult. An observational study found that people sitting at a desk working touched their eyes, nose or lips between three and 50 times an hour." -Malia Jones, UW Madison
3. Sanitize objects that you and others touch a lot.
4. Social-distancing: This means remaining 6 feet away from others and sanitizing shared objects.
5. Do not travel.
6. If you are sick, stay home.
7. Stock up, but take only what you need.
Take these precautions seriously and remember that Nurse Hannah and Nurse Julie are available if you have any questions or concerns.
