Kelsie has been so inspiring. I’ve been wanting to eat a healthier diet and toyed around with other food habits without any real progress. Seeing all of Coach Kelsie’s posts has been so great and completely kick started my healthy eating habits and transition to a plant based lifestyle. I’ve had so much more energy and it has been fun to eat all these vegetables I had no idea even existed! Let’s look at it from another perspective.⁣

If you were in a relationship and your significant other said they would meet you for dinner at 7pm. But, now its 7:30 and they are just arriving. Next time, they are late again. And again, and again. At some point, you stop believing they will be there right on time or even early! Well… You’re that significant other to your brain. ⁣

So, when you keep your word, you are training your mind that you follow through. That you accomplish what you say you are going to do. Making it easier to accomplish the goals you set for yourself. ⁣

Start keeping your word, trusting yourself again, being honest with yourself, and showing up for you. ⁣

☕️A really cool cafe which was self serve. Had incredible fresh ground brewed coffee and amazing blueberry oatmeal.⁣⁣⁣
👩🏻‍💻This super cozy lounge with WiFi where I got to open my laptop and coach my incredible clients.⁣⁣⁣
🌱An adorable mini garden and a place to sit where I soaked up the sun.⁣⁣⁣
🧖🏼‍♀️An incredible spa with warm running water and natural soaps and lotions that smelled like coconuts... it even had a bathroom with toilet paper!⁣⁣⁣
😁My kitchen, living room, patio, & bathroom, has treated me well this month. #Stayhome⁣⁣⁣

I can’t tell you how many times I have heard this from clients, friends, family, and hey… I used to call myself lazy too.⁣

𝘓𝘢𝘻𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧.⁣

🤷🏻‍♀️You don’t want to be lazy but saying “I’m just lazy” is easier than saying “I’m afraid”⁣

➖I’m afraid of change⁣⁣⁣
➖I’m afraid of failing⁣⁣⁣⁣
➖I’m afraid of not doing it right⁣⁣⁣⁣
➖I’m afraid of what others may think⁣⁣⁣⁣
➖I’m afraid I may come across selfish⁣⁣⁣⁣
➖I’m afraid to not come across perfect⁣⁣⁣⁣
➖I’m afraid I can’t do it⁣⁣⁣⁣
➖I’m afraid to let others down, it’s easier to just let myself down.⁣

👉🏼 You’re not lazy, love. You are scared. And thats okay. CHANGE IS SCARY.⁣

🧠 Your brain is going to fight you through any process of change. Even just thinking about change and stepping out of your comfort zone, It’s protecting you.⁣

BUT I know you’re not lazy!⁣

✨You work hard⁣⁣⁣⁣
✨You are a loyal friend⁣⁣⁣⁣
✨You show up in any relationship with love, support, and open arms!⁣⁣⁣⁣
✨You are a selfless human being⁣⁣⁣⁣
✨You accomplish anything you put your mind to...⁣


You need to stop telling yourself you are OR you will not see change in the quality of your health or overall life.⁣

❗️You repeating “I’m lazy” to yourself is actually convincing yourself that you are truly lazy.⁣

🥰 BUT! I have learned so much about myself and my abilities to take full responsibility for my health, happiness, and quality of life, and I would say my greatest accomplishment is being able to say “I love myself” and actually mean it, to the core!⁣

✔️Humans drink color enhanced carbonated sugar water, even though it harms their body. **𝘈𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯, 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯**⁣⁣
✔️Humans don’t move. They sit. All day long.⁣⁣⁣⁣
✔️Humans talk negatively about themselves. Humans are not confident in themselves.⁣⁣⁣⁣
✔️Humans think life is stressful. They think they don’t have control over their own life. But, humans don’t do anything to help themselves. **𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯**⁣

👽❌𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: Humans struggle through life. Humans do not prioritize their happiness, health, and quality of life. We are confused.⁣


✅Humans eat brightly colored plants given by planet earth. These foods help humans health.⁣⁣⁣⁣
✅Humans drink water. That’s important. As water is essential to human life.⁣⁣⁣⁣
✅Humans like to move! This is how they celebrate their ability to move their limbs and body.⁣⁣⁣⁣
✅Humans talk highly of themselves. They love themselves.⁣⁣⁣⁣
✅Humans think life is great. They think taking responsibility for their health, life, & behaviors are important to a happy life.⁣

👽❤️𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: Humans love life. We shall learn from humans. We shall bring these observations back to our home planet. We too shall make our health a priority and live in confidence, health, energy, & joy.⁣

You probably had to be ‘please’ & do everything ‘right’ to earn the love of others in the past. Which then in return made you doubt yourself because your needs & feelings didn’t align with what you thought others expected from you...⁣⁣

4 years ago, unhealthy food choices consumed my life and the consequences of the food choices, consumed my health⁣.⁣⁣

☹️Bloated, tired, uncomfortable in my own skin, coping with food, & zero confidence around the choices I was making for myself...⁣⁣

😫I felt desperate to find balance in the food I was eating and be able to choose healthy foods without thinking twice about it.

I wanted SO badly to be disciplined in making healthy food choices...⁣⁣

😡I would think “WHY IS THIS SO HARD FOR ME... JUST DO IT!”⁣⁣

🥱BUT, then would fall into the “I don’t feel like it.” trap...⁣⁣

🤔Deep down, I just thought I was lazy and only disciplined people could actually eat healthy consistently. (𝘌𝘩 𝘦𝘮, 𝘚𝘌𝘓𝘍 𝘋𝘖𝘜𝘉𝘛 𝘌𝘟𝘊𝘜𝘚𝘌)⁣⁣⁣⁣

But, I knew that if I could just say no to the junk and yes to more healthy foods my health, confidence, and life would change.⁣⁣

BUT every day, it was the same story... Nothing changed. No action was taken.⁣⁣


🚑 I ended up in the ER. Yep, a girl in her early twenties chillin’ in the ER with chest pains and shortness of breath.⁣⁣
👆🏼THIS is what I got for ignoring my health. THIS was enough to wake me up!⁣⁣
Enough was enough...⁣⁣
I got to my breaking point, and I just started taking action in making changes...⁣⁣
👆🏼THIS... is the reason I have found balance, freedom, and discipline around food.⁣⁣
❌ It wasn’t a magic trick, it wasn’t a pill, tea, shake, powder, wrap, or vitamin, for overnight success... ⁣⁣
It was me, being SO fed up with food controlling me and feeling like crap in return.⁣ It was me, taking time to change my habits and behaviors! ⁣⁣

If you’re like I was, trying to make your health a priority and find confidence and balance in the food choices you are making for yourself BUT for some reason you just can’t get started or stick with it...⁣⁣

Hey, I’m Kelsie. Certified Holistic Nutritionist and founder of the Healthy Lifestyle Blueprint. I know how it feels to be bloated, fatigued, controlled by cravings and sugar addiction, and frustrated I couldn’t stick with trying to be healthy. I remember, many times, saying I was going to follow through with eating healthy and working out, but it never stuck!

Until one day, I decided I was tired of being sick and tired. I was fed up with giving up. I laid out a solid healthy lifestyle roadmap for myself and began doing the things I told myself I was going to do.

After I conquered my healthy lifestyle and my health began changing, others began asking me what I was doing and how I was doing it.

So, I set off on a mission to do everything I could to help others experience all of the beautiful, health promoting benefits of living out a sustainable healthy lifestyle... I went back to school and became certified in Holistic Nutrition, specializing in a plant based lifestyle.

I put together a program to teach my signature methodology that has allowed me to lose 15 lbs, keep it off, and form lasting healthy habits. I found this lifestyle to be the most sustainable I had ever experienced and was helping others discover the same! That is how "Healthy Lifestyle Blueprint" was born!
