Providing Senior Fitness to the low-country. Charleston Health and Fitness is a Personal Training Business founded to provide the senior community with professional help in achieving health goals.

Trainers are available to work with clients at any time or location. Depending on the clients needs this could qualify as house calls, gym sessions, or group sessions and style of workouts vary from Cross-fit, Yoga, Extreme Conditions, Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Bodybuilding, Weight-Loss, Pilates, etc.

[04/10/13]   A common intake of refined foods; which are almost completely void of nutrients and high in fat and calories because of the refining process, causes malnutrition. By having a diet full of refined foods, we constantly need more food for these missing nutrients and turn to these refined foods. Never-ending cycle. Eat raw/fresh foods. Period.
