Welcoming pre-school boys at Heritage Preparatory School in Atlanta. I'm serving at Heritage this year as the interim Head of School, my third interim so far. Here the emphasis will be on creating an institutional advancement/development office, strengthening the enrollment management program, honing strategic communications, and implementing professional development in the governance area for the Heritage Board of Trustees. The energizing thing about being an interim is that it is, in effect, a year-long consultancy and offers a unique opportunity to help the institution "move the needle" in a positive way. And of course, the picture speaks for ijtself.
