Reflections Contest 2019
The SCPTA Reflections Arts Contest has begun. Please consider representing Stiles Point and showing off your art skills. All students and ages can participate. VISUAL ARTS, LITERATURE, CHOREOGRAPHY, FILM. Due date will follow but will be around the first of December. The theme this year is "Look Within". The 2016-2017 school year has been an exciting one for Stiles Point PTA! Check out some of the things we’ve done with the support of our amazing families…..
*Please read the following note from our Student Council* Student Council is working towards ending hunger in our community. Student council is collecting donations for the James Island Outreach up until Thursday, December 15. Boxes will be located in the front office, Mrs. Sanders' office, and in the upstairs and downstairs hallways. Canned or Packaged Food Donations Needed Most: ● beans/peas all types ● crackers ● cereal/grits/oatmeal ● corn ● fruit ● jelly ● Jiffy Mix ● juices ● macaroni and cheese ● meat/SPAM/salmon/beef stew ● pasta (dry) ● pasta sauce ● peanut butter ● rice ● soup ● tomato sauce ● vegetables/mixed ● Any other food except frozen or refrigerated items. Student Council is also collecting box tops for education. We have already earned close to $500 this school year from box tops! Thank you for your help with these efforts!
Mr. Ard announcing to 4th grade that we met our goal and now he and Mrs Dorsey have to dress up as dolphins for a day. AND if we collect 95% of the pledges Mr. Ard and Mrs. Dorsey will be slimed.
Mrs. Tisdale's class won the pie in the face challenge! Lightening Lindsey is an awesome Boosterthon leader! Talk about some happy 1st graders!!!
